PolskiI am an IT specialist with over 15 years of experience. My areas of expertise spread across managing a team, recruiting and mentoring newcomers, working closely with customers and handling escalations on the soft skills part; through optimizing SQL queries, analyzing log files, debugging source code, authoring Knowledge Base articles etc. on the technical side. I am currently supporting a mission-critical MES system with Global Industry Leaders. I need to be familiar with various technologies: from the back-end and database as well as front-end in order to troubleshoot any incoming problems or implement change requests and keep the production system running without any issues or downtime.
