PolskiI am looking for a job as a Senior IT Recruiter ✔ I have 10 years of experience in recruitment, primarily in IT (independently managing end-to-end projects). ✔ I have worked in both agencies and on the business side, recruiting specialists and managers, primarily in IT, but also in technical and production areas. 💪What do I excel at? ✔ Managing full recruitment processes (from kick-off with the client to final negotiations and closing), ✔ Sourcing active and passive candidates (Boolean, X-Ray, direct search) - I believe that good search leads to greater recruitment success. ✔ Recruiting for roles including: DevOps, QA (manual/automation), MLOps specialist .NET/Java/C++ Dev., SAP, Business Analyst, IT Manager, as well as engineering, finance, and management positions. ✔Searching LinkedIn and GitHub, posting job ads on various job boards and working with ATSs (including Traffit, Elevsto, Teamtailor, eRecruiter). ✔Two PL/ENG job ads on various portals, assessing candidates' English language proficiency. ✔Reporting on the market situation and advising on tightening the recruitment process or price ranges. ✔Conducting several to a dozen recruitment processes in parallel, and depending on the market situation, finalizing 3-5 or even more recruitments per quarter. ✔Working directly with CEOs, Hiring Managers, and Delivery Managers. I also supported junior recruiters (training in investigation and communication). 🤖Using AI tools (including ChatGPT) to automate workflows, research, and improve communication with candidates. I also trained in this area on Udemy. 🎓I have a degree in psychology, which greatly helps me assess a candidate's cultural fit and build relationships with clients and candidates. 🆗I prefer remote work, but I'm open to a hybrid/onsite model in Wrocław.
