PolskiOn a daily basis, I handle research and development activities, whether funded by grants, meetings, or external business investment. I lead the project from requirements and specifications, proof of concept (PoC), testing and certification (e.g., CE), production preparation, industrialization, and product launch. I handle the day-to-day work related to overall project management and project reporting. I am proficient in tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Planner, and tools such as Power BI.
