D2C cross-category operator with 15+ years in digital commerce and marketing, 5 of them at Head level with full channel P&L ownership at Moliera2 and uPacjenta, and digital media budget P&L at MediaMarkt Polska. I scale proprietary online stores by porting the same mechanics (performance acquisition, CRM-driven retention, attribution-driven budget allocation)across categories rather than re-learning each one. I have done it in four consumer categories: premium fashion (Moliera2), consumer electronics retail (MediaMarkt Polska), home & living (DUKA), and healthcare services (uPacjenta). At MediaMarkt the digital channel delivered 1B PLN in annual revenue; at DUKA the online channel grew to half of total company sales. I report to boards weekly and bridge brand, sales, IT and supply chain.
