PolskiI would like to offer my support as a Business Intelligence and Financial Analytics professional with over 8 years of experience turning complex data into clear, executive-level insights. My background spans banking, pharmaceutical services, facility management and cybersecurity, where I have worked closely with leadership teams to improve forecasting, reporting, budgeting and strategic decision-making. In my recent roles, at HSBC, through Alten Polska, I coordinated a team of five analysts and led people cost forecasting and allocation for around 40 IT projects worth approximately 15 million USD. I also designed Power BI dashboards used by C-level stakeholders to monitor performance, costs and business priorities. At ISS Facility Services, I combined BI development with Facility Manager responsibilities for a pharmaceutical client. This gave me strong hands-on experience in cost budgeting, forecasting and financial settlement of services across areas such as events, cleaning, fleet and administration. In my current role at Trustwave, I focus on dashboards for CFOs and Financial Directors, SQL-based analytics and ETL automation using Power Query and Alteryx. My core expertise is Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, KPI design and executive reporting. I also have strong advanced SQL skills, confirmed by LabMasters certification in 2025. In addition, I work confidently with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps and SharePoint. This gives me a strong foundation to further support projects involving semantic models and Data Pipelines. What I bring is not only technical delivery, but also a practical business perspective. I am used to working as a trusted partner to leadership, translating financial and operational data into recommendations that are clear, useful and ready to act on. I also value self-service analytics, well-documented KPIs and reporting solutions that help business teams work more independently. Remote collaboration across European time zones is a standard part of my work, and I am comfortable cooperating with international stakeholders in fast-moving environments. In my last role I also worked asynchronously with teams in the United States.
