    Senior HR Operations Leader | EMEA | GBS/SSC environment I'm an experienced Senior HR Operations Leader with a track record of building and transforming HR service delivery at scale across EMEA. I'm currently exploring new opportunities and open to Senior Manager or Director-level roles in HR Operations within complex, multi-country environments. My background: Over 15 years in HR, with deep specialisation in HR Operations within GBS and SSC structures. I've led end-to-end service delivery across 30 entities, 25 countries, 9 languages and 12 systems simultaneously, managing a team of 20+ in a second-line leadership structure and handling monthly ticket volumes of 800–1,200. Much of my recent experience has been shaped by significant organisational change: transitions, operating model redesigns and large-scale transformations. I've learned to deliver consistent service quality not despite complexity, but through it.
