Will AI take your job? Or maybe… find you a better one?

Will AI take your job? Or maybe… find you a better one?
Just a few years ago artificial intelligence was something straight out of a sci-fi movie. Today it can write an email, put together a presentation, analyze data, and even run a first-round job interview. No wonder one nagging question keeps popping up in our heads: is AI going to take my job?
We'd argue that's the wrong question to ask. What you should really be asking yourself is: can I use AI in a way that makes it work with me, not instead of me?
That's exactly what we explore in one of the episodes of "We'll teach you how…", our Tuesday educational series running on Jobrowse social media channels since May. This time we're not teaching you how to use the platform. We're teaching something far more important: how to look at artificial intelligence from a completely different perspective.
At jobrowse we don't believe the best decisions are made by an algorithm. We believe the best decisions are made by people, and technology is there to help them decide faster, smarter and with less hassle.
That's why everyone signed in to our platform gets a helping hand from… Al
Al is our AI assistant. It analyzes data. It nudges you in the right direction. It helps you build offers. It matches what candidates need with what employers are looking for.
We believe that if artificial intelligence is going to change the job market (and it's happening here and now), it should do it the right way. Not to replace people, but to free them from what frustrates them most.
→ From sending dozens of CVs and never hearing back.
→ From scrolling through hundreds of offers that don't fit.
→ From guessing whether the salary matches your expectations.
→ From recruitment that feels more like a lottery than a conversation between two sides working toward the same goal.
Imagine a job market where technology does the tedious work and people focus on what really matters.
Sounds like the future? We don't think so. It's simply the present, designed well.
